Over the past five years, AJS Photos has built up extensive experience photographing many of the most popular events in and around the Gloucestershire area.

- the switch on of the Christmas Lights in Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Tewkesbury
- annual fireworks displays
- Remembrance Day ceremonies and parades
- local historical re-enactments such as Sudeley Castle, Jousting with the Knights of Middle England
- sporting events such as The Open Cup at Cheltenham
AJS Photos has a flair for capturing the unique and memorable moments of an event, and our approach is low-key, relaxed, discreet and personable.

AJS Photos uses the latest high-quality Canon cameras and technology, and we are available to cover almost any type of event, from small private occasions to large public events, corporate gatherings and exhibitions.

Portrait and Wedding Services
Whether it’s a stylish personal photograph, a casual portrait with family or friends or a full wedding package, AJS Photos deliver a personal and professional service. Our photo sessions are conducted with your requirements in mind, and we are committed to providing our clients with a first class service. Where possible, we will take the time to get to know you before and during the session. We find this helps put clients at their ease, whether the session lasts only a couple of hours or all day.
Each session we do is unique - there are no ‘templates’ or typical poses. On the day, we will explore different ways to bring out the best in each subject.
Being in an environment that makes you feel comfortable usually works best, whether this is at home or somewhere you love visiting. You can choose your own location or come to us. When the session is complete, you choose your favourite prints from the pre-edit photo sheets. All photographs are printed in-house, using top quality photographic inks and papers, ensuring high quality with brilliant detail.
When it comes to wedding photography, it is obviously important that there is a clear understanding of what is required. We will always arrange a pre-wedding meeting before the big day to discuss your exact requirements and to check on timings etc.
We only schedule one wedding per day, so we never need to rush off to another ceremony, should any of your timings go awry! We will remain until you are completely happy that all aspects discussed in the pre-wedding meeting have been covered. We can supply lighting equipment if required for indoor shots where the natural or artificial light may not be as good as it could be, or should the sun prove uncooperative! If required, the photographs taken on the day can be a mixture of colour and black and white.

20 small images printed per A4 sheet from which you select your prints. The contact sheets can either be e-mailed to you or sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery (p&p applies).
Payment Terms
Once the details of your photo session have been discussed and agreed, an agreement form will be posted or emailed to you. This should be signed and returned to AJS Photos Online. At that stage, I will ask you to pay a deposit. This is to guarantee the agreed date. Deposits are refundable in cases of advanced cancellation.
Presentation and Storage
All photos being sent in the mail will be inside a hardback envelope making sure your photos arrive in pristine condition

(Optional) For £35 you can get a slim line leather photograph album which can hold up to 20 A4 photos back to back inside high quality clear pockets. This is a great way to store and present your photographs to family and friends.

Digital files in Internet resolution are available, if required.
